What is the difference when we but a phone with contract and when we subscribe to a telecom network?
I will go to Canada for university. I heard that if we buy a phone with contract, the calling rates are higher than just normally subscribing to a network, is that true? Exclude the price of the mobile, I just need to know if there is a difference in calling rates.
