www.enhancelearning.co.in
Challenge: TATA Telecom required an end-user guide to explain the usage and features of their EPABX to their Definity customers. They wanted an easy-to-understand comprehensive resource which could be distributed to the users.
Solution: We developed an interactive multimedia CD-ROM which was a comprehensive user guide for the EPABX. It contained precise information about operating the EPABX. We used compelling animations, click and learn graphics and step-by-step instructions to help the user master using the EPABX.
