a person in uk could not have this number because of the destination code right?

A nejma telecom number would not work in the UK.

I recently brought a Huawei Ideos U8150 with the intention of using it on the Telecom XT network.

Telecom runs on a different frequency than 2 Degrees, but I was reasurred by the salesmen that my XT simcard would work on my new Huawei Ideos U8150 phone.

im in canada at the moment, and i want to buy a iphone 4, and use it when i move back to new zealand in 2 weeks on the telecom network.
So, when i buy it, do i need to get it unlocked or anything, or get anything done to it, and will facetime work back in nz?

Apple Canada sells factory unlocked iPhones 4. They can be used with any GSM carrier in the world. You will probably have to replace the adapter.

My friends speak very highly of the TCOM course at UPenn, want to know how the university fares when compared to other state universities for this particular major.
