What is the cheapest price for an iPhone 4s [32] in the UAE?

Ok so the 4S is reeasing here on the 16th and I want to buy it. It is being sold for Dh3,149 for 32GB by the telecom providers. The official apple site is yet to release the price. According to you, what can be the cheapest price I can uy it (range) and where(wesites,stores..?)

Lowest I have seen was about $400-500. If you get a contract for two years it will be much lower.
