John Doherty & John Whelan on ‘The New EU Telecoms Package’

Posted on February 17th, 2010 by admin in telecoms | No Comments »

About the Speech:

The wide number of proposals in the Telecoms Package are designed to coordinate action amongst regulators to create a pro-competitive single market without regulatory borders and to reinforce competition. It is intended that this will facilitate high speed internet networks for all Europeans and stimulate economic growth.

In particular, the package will provide for:
- more powers to the Commission including issuing legally binding decisions to ensure the harmonisation of regulation across Member States;
- the establishment of a new telecoms agency;
- ensuring access to optical fibre by smaller telecoms operators;
- the possibility of introducing a functional separation between services and network activities of telecoms operators;
- the introduction of the notion of universal broadband services to consumers;
- wireless services will be made EU-wide operable by harmonising radio spectrum use; and
- the Telecoms Package will provide for the switching of bandwidth from a part of the frequencies now used for broadcasting, to provide wireless broadband services in the future.

These policy objectives of the Telecoms Package are of particular interest to industry regulators, consumer groups, Irish government departments and electronic communication/telecoms operators.

About the Speakers:

Stephen Banable is a national expert with the European Commission in DG Information Society and Media with responsibility for mobile regulatory issues and implementation of the telecoms regulatory framework. Currently he is responsible for the Commission’s proposal for a regulation on international roaming charges.

John Doherty is Chairperson of the Commission for Communications Regulation.

John Whelan is a solicitor specialising in information technology and telecoms regulation at A&L Goodbody.

What If the bee disappeared off the surface

Posted on December 26th, 2009 by admin in telecom provider | 7 Comments »

The problems, and maybe the solution.

The electricity at home that we are using for a while also penetrate the body
Is modulated at 50 or 60 hz.
This modulation has less effect on the systems off the body.
Because owner body works at frequents lower than that 2 till 16 Hz.
Only when it produce a great magnetic field because using power that
Is a problem for owner body. It courses leukaemia.
And it is a terror to owner body but we are doing it for a decade
So maybe we have adapted it .

For us it is very important that we must get owner rest. (sleep)

But what we are doing now is very wrong.
The Gsm, Wimax, Dect, Umts, digital television and so on is a wrong terror system for us.
Because the microwaves are so small that it will penetrate easy in to owner body.
And the are telling that it will only gifs a terminal problem.
But that’s not the problem at all.
That limit is measurable and it does not obtain
That’s what the telecom industries only is talking about.

There are two big problems:
The first problem is that the modulation is at the same frequents as owner body nerve system frequents.
And its interactive wit it.

We can solve 80% off this problem if we waned to keep using the nice wireless systems.
There are two large errors which we are doing wrong.
Now the transmitters are transmitting non stop day en night.
This is because every micro cell-mark must be transmitted for al the phones to be recognized.
Even when there is no mobile phone around its sends his cell-mark. Here I am.
And because there can be thirty calls true one antenna at ones.
And when the have calculated that the neat 200 calls at that place at ones.
That neat 7 antennas at that place.

And the all transmitting constant.
.Even when there is a neat for only 20 calls .
For example at 4 o clock in the morning when everybody is tries to sleep.

The system is with less cost to change with software.
It must be like this:
The system must be so that always one transmitter sends the beacon. (her I am)
So the mobile phones can now where the are. And can login for accepting his call.
And the system knows where the mobile phone is in the system.
That is how the system is working now.

But only so must transmitters must be switched on for the calls ho are needed.
And no more than that.
For example: When there are less that thirty calls there must be one antenna switched on.
The rest must put and stay off.
And when call 31 has building up transmitter two must be shut on.
And so one and so on.

Problem two is this:
For the Netherlands : We have 5 telecom providers.
So we have 5 systems running.
And the most of them has there own antennas system.
The accept a call from a other provider for example A, but that other provider A then has to pay
that provider B and so on.

Here in Netherlands we have for that case 4 times too much antennas transmitting all the time.
There must be a law that refuses this manner to use the system like this.
I can understand it because off me knowledge off high frequents.
It is a hobby from till I was 9 years old.
But 90 percent off people don’t no a thing about this.

It must be so that there are precise and safe places with transmitters and his antennas.
The transmit system.
And the must all use that system together.

And no other way.
And when where are people near by and have too much radiation from that place.
The system must protect those people. And must be a big part off that law.

Every one has the right to live without undesirable influences from others.

In the mine will do research why people getting sick from those microwaves
and his modulation.
