Revolutionary New Telecoms Network for Ireland

At Government Buildings in Dublin today, Minister Ryan announced details of the Exemplar Test-bed initiative. The test-bed, which is the first phase of Ireland’s Exemplar Network, will position Ireland as a world-leader in fast, clean communications technologies. Using a unique technology, invented and developed in Ireland, the test-bed will allow international companies to trial and test their products here. It will result in high-speed, low-energy, secure communications, that far exceed existing technologies. Ireland is the first country in the world to launch such a project, in association with InTune Networks.

Telecoms stand-off in Kenya with Steve Biko
