how can i know if a mobile number in South Korea is SK Telecom?

If the number start with 011 or 017, it’s supported by SKT. But new subscribers should have 010 as a prefix number. So if the number is start with 010, it’s hard to know.

If you see the cell phone, you can know the service provider.
