Sibal is trying to cool the mobile phone using public in particular, so that the heat of Spectrum is partially dissipated from the Ministry!

Currently the service providers heavily charge the customers at both ends (air time charge for the incoming calls too) on roaming! Many people use a different sim when they move out of the city for long travel, just to escape this loot of the Service providers. Still there are many ways they fleece the customers! Lot more regulations are due but the Minister just wanted to give some spectacular relief and this is likely to be welcomed by cell phone users.

   The mobile operators would suffer the loss so what is the harm in abolishing the charges?

   Most service providers have wide network across states.
   BUt while on roaming, they charge for Incoming, outgoing and sms.
   Additionally they charge call forwarding charges and cook up the bill to burn the pocket of the customer.

   Maran suggested this long back to have one policy across nation and to abolish roaming. Somehow these companies managed to stop that.

   Now Kapil Sibal has announced this and these companies will be searching for new ways to cheat the customers and make extra money than what genuinely they deserve.

   They cannot hike the rate simply without improving the quality of services with daily increasing number of users.

   Think tanks of mobile companies will go crazy now and they will be brainstorming to find a way out or to get a point hole in this policy to capitalise on that and continue to make an inflow of customer’s money.

   Anything they does will always have some kind of benefit in some way or other.

   I DON’T CARE ABOUT NEW POLICIES.
   BECAUSE, ENOUGH MONEY( LAKHS OF CRORES) HAVE BEEN LOOTED IN SPECTRUM ALLOCATION, AND SHARED AMONG CONGRESS AND DMK. UNLESS THE LOOTERS ARE BOOKED, THERE IS NO USE IN ATTRACTIVE SCHEMES IN SAME FIELD.

   Congress does not know how to sell the work done by it. This is a very small change for the benefit of common man, many many bigger schemes are not publicized. Congress has lost the real ground workers that is why the party itself is going below the ground. On the other side, they have opposition that makes big hue and cry out of nothing. Congress does not even know how to defend itself, those millions of lacks of crore scam, called 2G, turns out to be not even 1% of what CAG report said as per CAG auditor findings acquired by RTI, but Congress does not know how to reply back. This scam will still remain the biggest scam, why? because someone decided the loss to a certain price against the findings of its own auditors, no scientific or logical methods used to calculate the loss. No two agencies till date have come to a single number for this loss. But this is the largest scam, why because that suites the needs of opposition and Congress is not strong enough to defend.
