		<description>You do not have to buy one that is branded by MTS, you just need to make sure that the one your getting is for your network type.. GSM vs CDMA etc..
SO if Rogers is the same type of network then a Rogers branded phone will be fine. You will however need to make sure that it is unlocked from all carriers..so you can use it on your network.
