remember your phone line is a esential bt prob have all his details ha bet he was not laghting when he woke up and his lines cut off ha you pay your bills to have that phone and bt own it and can cancel it when ever they want and phones are good for emergences so dont think its your line you rent it what a dope now he will be a lonley old man no phone line ha

use a program called”access diver”
and also”wire shark” good for monitoring,and more:) lol

a bit of fun can be had with bts sites..

British telecom is one of the worst comapanies ever seen.Their methods are abusing customers in other way.Through charges!!!!They will never tell you the therms and conditions in full and keep changing them always against the customer.
