Why was Obama’s vote significant on FISA invasion of privacy and saving the big telecoms millions $$$?

Almost a year ago, Obama "promised" he would filibuster the Bill. Now he turns and votes FOR it. How many more promises and vows does this guy get to break before people realize he really does not care about its citizens……only his "perverted" vision of how he wants to change America.

It’s important because it is a huge statement that is contrary to what he has stated in the past

The liberals who have been pushing this "bush lied" war, and the ones who have done everything to dismantle what Bush has done supported Obama, but now he’s turned his backs on them. Obama rode the antiwar wave on his way to becoming the Democratic Nominee, and before he has even to accept the nomination, he has completely done a 180 degree turn on not just FISA, but pulling troops out of Iraq.

No wonder his poll numbers have been dropping this week.

Expect him to make another 180 degree turn and become Liberal next week.

It wasn’t as it was a done deal other then as a talking point (lookeee what I did!). He can tell independents that he supported it and liberals that he knew his vote didn’t matter but the end state of getting elected required this means.
